The site is located in a prime area of Óbuda, right next to the Aquincum military amphitheater. On the ground floor and basement level, there is ample space for the required parking spaces and additional functions. Our main facade is divided into four lobbies, each corresponding to one of the four staircases. On the southern corner and the side street, we have planned commercial functions, while on the Lajos Street facade, we've included office spaces on the ground floor.
